Please check your email inbox again as you may be requested to send more identification.
If not then please check your tickets from support as they may have tried to contact you with a query. If none of these are true then please create a ticket with this feature.

First time they couldn't see my ID good enough. So 3days ago ,i scanned my ID in so it was a lot easier to read my details. Since then I haven't heard anything..
