I think 2 pair might be good enough to call all-in at NL5.
But againt an unknown opponent, a folding here could be better. We don't know whether he will push all-in with JQ, 9Q.

It's a hard call against unknown. I would probably have called, as often enough you'll see KQ, AQ type hands, or flushdraw.

With so few combos of hands that beat you and the possibility that he's just some fish that somehow limped KK+/AQ/KQ and now is just way overplaying a top pair or a draw probably warrants you going broke at nl5 for only 100bb. If he shows two pairs or a set it's a cooler without reads.
