hi, I bought new laptop few days ago and tried to finally play with elephant (latetst version of course) (my prevoius computer drive was FAT32 so I didn't used elephant there). however, it's not working. on the tables I only get the stats will appear as soon ... etc. and in the software when I try to import hands they all goes to the ErrorCount. I play on FTP.
help plz!

i do get message when I open the program that it's only works on admin, but I only have my admin user on this computer, so yes, I use it as admin. even though, I will try later to add new admin user and see if it helps.
If u got Vistas, just click right on the elephat icon and there is "Run as admin" .. I also have only 1 user- admin on my comp, but it still needed to do this
okay, I tried that but still no good, all hands went to errorcount again. perhaps it's because all the hands are from blinds and ante tables? is it possible? I cant log to the interwebz from the new laptop for this weekend but Ill pass some "normal" history and see if it works.
my previous point was that with Vista the Postgresql does not work. I ca not run any application eg HEM that needs this
I tried non ante table and it worked! and I guess run as admin will solve the other problem, we'll see in sunday... so tnx a lot!
