[Closed] 40 to 60 vpip, 0 pfr, how to handle them? Any tips?

when they are passive all the time, you simply valuebet when you have a reosanable hand and check when not. When you start playing with him, go for ABC poker, it means dont valuebet too thinly (second pair, third pair or so). As you gather reads and get an idea of what your opponent thinks is a good hand (to call you down with), you can adjust your range.
And ofcourse, when this player raises, he has the nuts.
It gets harder, if he shows up with aggression after flop frequently, then play solid poker and dont let it affect you, that he is epic fish. (I make this mistake too often).
You can raise him bigger preflop, because usually they dont care about size of the raise.

I raise them very lighly IP pre-flop.

Bet vs them flop when it has high cards etc. (maybe not A, some fish tend to c/c Ax more often then other cards pre-flop.. just get reads on this), they have to give up a lot of their hands
