No, you've got to clear the 100$ bonus (5000 raked hands) before you can withdraw.
And just a little advice, follow the bankroll management article, if you get unlucky you could lose everything as fast as you won it

I strongly recommend that you read our rookie guide and the strategy articles - especially the article about bankroll management! I got the impression that you play too risky. Winning $120 in 1 hour is nearly impossible for a micro limit player. Which limits did you play?
And to answer your question: you have to clear the $100 bonus before you can withdraw.

About a 70% chance of going broke (for a solid winner), still not much under 50%. Wild gambles aren't what the pokerstrategy money is for.
On another site than partypoker, a friend of mine played 1 month on the micro limits earning himself 40 bucks. In one hour (two badbeats) he lost it all on the 0,50/0,50 stakes tables... so watch out!
