I have $50 on BetFred poker and want to play SNG's. The advice is 50BI, which I have. However, say I lose 3 SNG's, I will be down to $47 (minus fees). Therefore, I do not have 50BI, so do I have to move down at even $49? When it is realistic to move down a level?

You need to drop down to 50 BI for the LOWER level before moving down.
If the lover level is SnG with $0.5 buyin you go down at $25 bankroll.
