What does this mean exactly?

4:1 or higher
AA, KK, QQ, JJ
AK

Between 4:1 and 2,5:1
AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT
AK, AQ

2,5:1 or less
With every hand you raised with

If I have 4+ times the re-raise, go all in/re-raise said hands?

Hey davecc,

this are ratios between your remaining stack(after you raise) and your raise.

e.g. you are dealt AK when you have 20BB stack and it's folded to you, you raise 4BB and a player behind you decides to reraise you. Now action is back to you again, so you have 16BB remaining stack and your raise was 4BB thus your ratio is 16:4-->4:1 and you see you can go all-in with your AK.
