I raised instead of shoving because villain didn't have calling station stats. It turns out he calls and flop kind of sucks. Do I play WA/WB now?

I wouldld shove this preflop regardless of stats, avoids situations like this.

Pre's fine. Shoving's fine too.

Postflop I'd just go ahead and bet it, there are a bunch of hands in his calling range that have draws on this board, so yea... bet/call. Or Bet and shove the blank turn.
