I haven't been playing for a while and wanted to start playing the PS freerolls on Titan poker again. But I could neither find the pre-enlisting here on PS nor the FR on Titan. Are they gone? Will they come back?

Yes, they have stopped now, but might return in future never say never 
PokerStrategy are continuing to step up the amount of money provided back to members via promotions and currently have some great promotions available.
Keep an eye on the news page or this Important sticky thread in the Freeroll/Community events forum.
