I think my points don't update although I have a checkmark that I'm tracked in FTP. How can Pokerstrategy check this issue ?

The checkmark doesnt signify you are tracked, it just signifies that you have entered a name. Please contact support on this matter to see whether you have entered the right name or bonus code and check whether you account is tracked.

I've posted yesterday question to support and didn't get any answer.
Will the points I accumlated meanwhile will be auto update when this problem fixed?
