I wanted to play standard call flop/raise turn, but when I got nuts on turn I didn't want to scare him so he would bluff away river and maybe catch FH. with which he would probably cap me.

Hi!

Imo you just lost around 2BB with not raising the turn. I mostly put him on KK,QQ,JJ,TT,KQs with his preflop play and he is going to calldown all of them. KK he is even going to 3-bet the turn so you can cap.

Maybe, but this is are my third A quads in 10 days and two times before villain just called me down after my turn raise, so I took a new line. AAA on board looks pretty scary and a reasonable opponent will hardly find any bad hands I would raise on turn so it's wa/wb for them since my turn raise.

And for the record - this guy had J8. ♦
