I forgot to post some information.
this villain is a very agro one. He is capable of big bluffs.
And in previous hands, he always bet vs missed cbet.
And I was 3betting / squeezin a lot
Anyway there r a lot of draws on flop and our hand needs protection as well. So if he raise our cbet, we'll simply shove and pot'll very big. Ch/raise flop can really scare him, and check flop allows him for takin draws. Sorry for my english 
ok. besides that. what about the rest of the hand. I guess the main reason isnt the flop play but the river shove.
If I close eyes on flop Ill say that river shove is ok. He is very aggesive, could play such way Kx, unclosed draws etc. So I like ur river, but I dislike ur flop.
I'd bet/shove the flop, too.
He can pull off much larger bluffs if you cbet the flop because his raisesize will be bigger and he will expect you to bet a lot of your air there, so imo if you bet he's almost more inclined to bluff.
As played at the river this is basically the perfect card for you.
I also think he would be betting a set or 2pair almost 100% of the time at the flop and he's raise QT most of the time at the turn, so he's really only representing a busted FD or some kind of weirdly overplayed AK or KJ type hand.
Imo as played this is a bet/call at the river - especially since you know he's capable of big bluffs.
