Bet/fold this dry flop. No draws out there, so only king and pocket 3s will call/raise. 2/3 pot bet or lower should give you enough information on the flop.

fwiw if only a King or 33 continue here a bet would be quite bad since nothing worse calls and nothing better folds

flop: bet/fold, I think you can get value from QQ-JJ-TTxx type of hands that may call 2 or three times in this limit. obv they should be folding a ton of hands on this board that miss completly so I think a cbet definetly makes profit and you get away cheaply if one of them raises
turn: still bet/fold get value out of worse Fullhouse
river: I would bet it myself around half pot, they can check behind a lot of worse fullhouses that would otherwyse call and you can find a fold if one of the guys raises. as played you get a pretty easy call , CO never-ever has you beat so you need UTG to not have quads in more than 74% of the time to call.

and about this hand. UTG shovs 66 and CO had TT

depends on the board, number of players gameflow and stuff. it's not the same J♦T♦J♠ board in a 5 way pot or a K♣K♠3♣ heads up.
