hand for hand starts when 1 place is left until the bubble in a large MTT...
so there will be a lot of people busting out when hand in hand is on so will all people get busted when hand in hand is in progress or who gets busted??

in all poker room not only stars and in live poker to
if hand by hand have started and couple eliminates in that hand
so the one who had the smallest stake will be the bubble boy....
