Hi,

I'd raise it up preflop, A8s is plenty good enough to isolate a limper from the CO no matter what's happening behind.

As played i wouldn't raise the turn, we have the best possible draw and we're beating air hands, so if he's blockbetting a draw we want him to hit it. If he has anything else i think it'll be 9x or an overpair given his check/coldcall on the flop, and we're not getting him off that.
