as i already have a fulltilt account can i make a new account on fulltilt to put my starting capitol?

Hi daniel86ire & welcome to PokerStrategy,
No, you are only allowed just one account at each poker platform and unfortunately the platforms do not allow retracking of existing accounts.
Please choose a new platform, somewhere you have not played on or held an account before, where you will be able to receive the starting capital.
