Should I push over the top preflop to isolate the shortstack? Any point in cbetting the flop?

You are already partly pot committed by calling pre-flop. I would push pre.

push pre for me aswell against unknowns, I think I could fold it if UTG is a solid reg (if he's tight enough utg).

push pre vs anyone.

1/3 of your stack in the pot before it gets to you so easy push.
