His check/call on the flop doesn't show a strong hand (top pair, two pairs or set), as he would've probably cared to defend it from very likely flush/straight draws.

I think he would've also made a c-bet with a flush draw or OESD (with his 70%), so he's likely to have Tx and playing WA/WB.

That said, a bet on the turn looks good to me.

As for the river, it could improve his hand or, otherwise, make him less willing to call with Tx, so a check/behind makes sense - in case he was indeed slowplaying. You've already extracted enough value for a 2nd pair w/ top kicker :-)

Agree with Cervus although my reasoning for betting the turn would be that he actually has some FDs and OESDs in his range which he is rarely checkraising (if he would be aggro with draws he would've cbet the flop).

So the bet is for value and to get a free showdown.
