Raise the donkbet, most of the time it's nothing and you can pick up the pot. If it's a draw you have the nutflush draw so you'll stack him if you both hit, meaning getting money into the pot is in your favor, and you're in position so you can choose what to do on the turn depending on your equity at that time. Make it $0.60 and take it from here.

As played calling the turn once you pickup what is often the best hand is fine.

As played when he donks the river for nearly pot it's hard to say without knowing the player, suckbet/suckbet/pot lines are usually busted draws / overcards that hit / slowplays. If i thought he could call a raise with any A on the river i would raise, but most of the time he was either slowplaying something that is bigger than AT or purely drawing+bluffing, so i'd probably just take the showdown at that point even if it seems weak.
