with those stats that BU had imo ur behind or fliping i give him QQ+ AQs+ AK and not often enough he might have TT there.
i dont like to fold preflop here couse if i hit mine 2 outs i stack him for sure 95% of time and if a low flop came i might have best hand.

set mining at those odds and implieds is like throwing money out of the window

and there only over 76 hands u got those stats and u can see that he is quite pasiv so u can exspect that he will check turn if he mised so imo u cant fold on flop there

i dont see that as the tighest range of a 15/13 player, besides you are in a guessing game postflop and really dont have much playability. If you hit your low flop, you can't c/r because than you isolate yourself vs. better hands. So you gonna give 2 freecards to hands with 6 outs against you and if he 2nd barrels you are in a really bad spot, because your hand is basically face up and so he might 2nd barrel with air and than he might not <--- guessing game
So basically you need to play for set value or get comfortable with getting it in pre in my opinion. Since set mining is throwing money out of the window and i wouldn't be comfortable with getting it in pre. I fold.

its short handed and they play only 79 hands, thats something like 15 orbits (couse they are 5 handed there) in every orbit he is 2 times in SB or BB so he played like 30 hands in blinds

call pf is fine, but being oop I think you can also 4-bet and call shove
I´d prefer c/rai flop, since there could be scare cards for you any his overpair, so better is get the money all-in on the flop when you hold the nuts
