bet 5$ on flop call shove,
I cant see many Tx hands caling u preflop there i put him on AQ, QQ, AhKh, maybe AhJh, and if he is fish-> KQs, ATs, QTs, KTs, and i dont think that he have TT in that spot or AA


your flop bet size is fine
Since you´re not folding your hand I think shove is better on the flop then call min-raise and c/c turn shove
You should be aehad enought times to make bet/shove profitable on the flop
