Hi guys I was wondering as someone who has limited funds available (as an impoverished student!!) is it better to play no limit or fixed limit. Ive been playing a bit of both and i think i prefer no limit but im not sure. I obviously want to maximise profit!!! thanks for your help!

A no limit player will say no limit, a fixed limit player will say FL!
You have to find out which one suits your mentality best. You have to find out which one is more fun for you. You want to do this to have fun, right? If you only want to play to make the big bucks, then you might end up never making them, because you get bored of the game before you understand it...
At least in theory NL should be more profitable since more players are playing it, it's better advertised, and it allows you to make very big mistakes.
