Hi,

With no info on villain you should probably just let go of your hand, he's not full stacked so he probably isn't a regular, he made a huge 3bet to 6x your original raise, which usually means that he's very interested in the hand or he's giving your very crappy odds so you go away.

No matter which it is, i feel fine folding JJ in that spot because calling off more than 20% of the effective stacks is usually going to mean trouble. On flops with overcards you'll feel bad continuing, on flop with low cards you'll always be afraid of stacking off to a bigger overpair. 4betting is an option but let's be honest, if he continues unless he's insane you're in horrible shape, so without reads plain folding is best.
