Welcome to PokerStrategy and the Forums!
It appears that when signing up to a new room for your capital, you didnt put the right bonus code in. I am guessing support has contacted you on this matter but you should create a ticket to them via the support ticketing system explaining your problem. They will provide you other choices of poker room so you can receive your new capital
