I tried one room on the ipoker network (Mansion), they say they don't accept bets from my area. Does this mean all rooms on ipoker will say the same thing?

To be honest i really don't know anything about iPoker rooms. Also a quick check of Titans and Bet365's website wasnt very helpful. I have passed the question on to someone who might be able to help, but the only thing i can suggest is trying each induvidual platform. Also what country are you playing from?

I agree with Jack: just try to register on other iPoker skin and you'll see. I've heard about players who couldn't play on one skin, but are welcome on another, so I believe it's not whole iPoker rule to not accept players from certain country. Sure, I can be wrong but it's worth a try.
