Passed the guiz like 72 hours ago, made a real money account on Titan, bit haven't received anything.

No, everything is alright. The problem is that Titan Poker is checking every account which can take up to one week. You are already on our list which means that we will transfer the money as soon as Titan Poker finished their check-up.

First time you said the bonus will come in 48-72 hours. And now you say that may take a week. I see here a litlle bit of disrespect from Titan for user like us that passed the quiz. Something like we don't matter very much for them. We will be verifyed when they finish other problems. You don t have a contract or something like that with them.
I just don t understand why you told me that I will get my bonuss in 72 hours and now this can take a week. Probably after a week you will say that may take a month. I don t blame you but I see that the iPoker network problem regarding theyr support continuates on this site to.

Our support-team is working really hard because of all the points-update and money-transfer problems we have. Thats why it takes some time until you get an answer. I can understand that you get upset but I assure you that we try everything to make things better.
