According to the tell-a-friend page I have two people with more than 100 points and one with 30 or so which I think means I should get a payment of $60 into party poker?
When is the payment made? monthly/weekly etc?
Can I withdraw this money instantly or do I need to earn a certain number of points?
Do I need to declare earnings on this to the tax man?

Because I cannot answer all of your questions I would ask you to write a ticket to our support-team (upper left on our homepage).
I think you can withdraw the money instantly but Im not sure. And whether you have to declare earnings to the tax man or not depends on the legal situation in your country.
