He looks like a TAG-LAG, but a reasonably decent player, although sample size is too small to be conclusive.

I think on the flop I would raise bigger, to $2 or $2.50, it's pretty draw heavy.

It's a fold for me on the turn I think.

T completes some draws.
Either shoving turn or folding are imo close situations.
If you have seen player making stupid moves before shove is perfectly fine
