Hi,
why didn't you make a 4-bet to 2,5 times of his 3-bet: 120$?
So he might talk himself into calling in position and trying to outplay you on the flop with JTs, KQs or something.
I'd say nh.
What did he have? Maybe QQ? or really JT?

I would 4bet more too , you are basically minraising him there and you are OOP. Flop is realy "nice" . There is one AA and one KK left out there and 3 of QQ so only 5 hands that got you there but there are also few hands left that he might call the 4bet with. Still since you made id so small preflop maybe he would also call there lighter but still only AQ might give you action . c/c for bluff induce is not good imo since he will almost neve rbluff you here , c/f sounds crazy with top two in 4 bet pot but might have saved a lot of money since I think worse hands would check back, still might be too weak so not sure , only thing left would be b/c flop i guess. Hard spot anyway , courious on judge opinion.
I agree with the bigger betsizing preflop.
Even if you were bluffcold4betting in this spot you'd want to make it a bit bigger because you don't want the opponent to call, you want to see a shove or fold because on 2/3 of the flops you will have a unimproved hand - that sucks even with the nut- A high hand.
At the flop it is a somewhat tough spot because there aren't many worse hands he could be calling with.
But i think i'd also bet the flop because you'd bet your air there and if he happens to have some kind of pair i think he's not betting it most of the time anyway so you'd not get any value by checking.
But i'd bet smaller, like $80-$90.
He basically hasn't any kind of draw in his range except maybe a gutshot with a J or a T, but even then he's not even close to having the implied odds to call and the small bet might give him the illusion of foldequity.
At the turn i think it almost doesn't matter whether you shove or c/c, he has very few bluffs in his betting-range so c/calling sucks, but at the same time he could level himself into folding AQ, so betting also seems kinda bad.
