I call the minreraise and I'm still going broke on every A or Q high board.

I don't like committing so much of my stack preflop with a call so I would say it's more push>call>>>fold. Otherwise what viewer88 said.
BTW this is only because it's a cutoff vs button spot so his range is a lot wider than say... anything vs UTG/early position/midposition.
Well, it is BU vs SB. I was confused by his min-reraise, sure I am ahead of his range. What is the amount in bb to start raising from this position? 17-18`ish?

Would this still be a first-in push with 17-18bb pre? Or better to steal-raise? What`s the best line?
I assume it is better to just push first in with 14-16bb, steal-raise takes too much of our stack.

I always stealraise from the button with >11bb. I'm OK with openpushing though if you have <around 13bb from the button. 14 or more and I think you're passing up on too much of your positional advantage by openpushing from the button.
