Im sure i heared somewhere you can go all-in on turn with nuts. If you feel like gambling then you can even try beting with best hand ♦ Anyway they were all wrong. Dont put any money in pot unless your opponent has no outs!
lost many hands on river in last days. nothing special, i can understand if flush or straight beats me. but i cant stand if i roll much money in pot with correct read and then opponent hits his weak kicker on river.

Ouch! That hand hurts. But s*** happens.
Maybe it helps if you take a break, read some articles, post some of your sample hands and listen to our coachings. By doing so you improve your game and calm down again. This should make you stronger than you already are.

yup, i calmed down today and started playing NL 50$ in evening (since i lost couple full stacks at 100$ in last days i had to go step lower) and finished with minimum plus. so im ok now.
