i passed the quiz... when i click on the thing to bring me to choose a poker room to play in it doesnt bring any room up? whats going on?

Sounds strange. Usually this only happens when you are a resident of a country where PokerStrategy and/or the poker platforms do not operate in e.g. U.S. residents.
If your happy to confirm which nation your from, I can look into this for you.

PokerStars is currently not among the poker rooms on which we offer the $50 starting capital.
