in my eyes guy was prety loose,he was playing some bad hands and paying people off or folding, we have played 1 hand together blinds 15/30 he raise in same position first in to 85 i rereaise him to 285 (had 88) fold to him he fold too.
table was pretty tight with 2-3 fishes (he was 1), i call preflop (didnt want to reraise him couse i was thinking to outplay him after flop or to make him pay me off if i hit big hand)
i call on flop to see how will he react on turn, on turn i hit 2 pairs and think that i have best hand in that moment.
First I was thinking to just smooth call and give him rope to hang him self but i decide to raise for 3 reasons
1) if i call the pot will be like ~1300 +- on river and he will have something like ~1800 +- left and if he shoves river i'll be in very bad spot
2) if some bad card came on river he might give up or out draw me,
3) if he folds i dont need to show my hand that i call him that light preflop ......
...so i reraised and he after thinking couple of seconds reraise me ..... thats smells trouble..... so i cant call in this spot for sure, couse money are going in on river any way and i cant fold on river if i call turn, so.....
Q is can i let this hand go (i can for sure but should i geting like more than 5:1 pot odds to call 550 more to 2900 pot and with implied odds i have like 2.7:1 on a call) -> i'll have like 1900 let in this spot if i fold on turn???
....is just calling turn better play, no raising, caling river???
i dont have idea what can i beat in that spot (bluf for sure lol) but was hoping that he will show AQ, i dint think that he hit set on flop ( i have 9 so last 1 will be on flop, he might have 88-AA) thats why i call on flop puting him on AX ( x=j,q,k) when i hit K on turn and with that action i was thinking that he have AK or KK but that would be last K in the deck so i dint think that he have KK often enough so mine thought was AK/AQ or set and maybe some crazy bluff (hoping AQ)
i think this is should be easy fold in reg MTT with 2-3k players couse rarerly u have best hand in that spot, but this was 20k people in, so i think I can't let mine 2 pairs go...doble up or bust out ->better bust out early than bubble :f_confused:
what do u think?? what is the best play on turn?
is this must fold hand on turn....??
is calling down better option???

I dont like calling K9s in MP3. What do you do if someone 3bet this from later positions (its possible because of this fish who likes bet/folding and a lot of dead money)? Of course you have to fold... 125 isnt big part of your stack but you know what i mean...

I dont like K9s to outplay him on the flop. I prefer 67s,78s,89s - this type of hands. With K9s you mght be dominated - ok, you never lose your all stack with toppair here but you cant lose 2barrels but ok...

FLOP

Call is ok of course with your preflop call, you have a 2nd pair, backdoor draw, maybe the best hand here...

TURN

Im going broke here in 100%. I like raising here against fish (its pretty standard, i dont think there are many scary cards so im raising here to build the pot - only this reason). Of course you cant call after he reraise you, fold or push, push is better, in 20k players left there is no other option, you have to build your stack fast)

On the board, NH sir. I dont like preflop. There will be better spots to outplay this weak player.

just fold preflop. K9s is a really bad hand. i`d call with suited connectors or small pairs but K9s is really a bad holding because of domination and so on.
on the flop you have an easy call. you might be best, you have some outs, so a call is fine.
on the turn you hit twopair. he bets again. the king didnt help him most of the time (only AK or KK).
but he bets the second time into an ace high board.
really kinda sucks. you cant fold, thats for sure.
it is an option to just call, there are not many draws out there, the bets are small so pot comittmend isnt a big threat yet.
but raising is much better here. you have twopair, most likely the best hand right now, so you have to raise for value.
he reraises you and comiits hisself to the pot. and NOW im getting suspicous.
what hands allow him to raise preflop, bet the flop and bet/raise the turn.
the truth is, NO HAND that you do beat !
i cant believe he will reraise here with AQ or AJ only a real aggro fish would do this. so the only hand you beat is a bluff.
but the betting sequence so far and his pot comittmend doesnt look like a bluff.
you cant call this raise (pot comittmend) and you cant push him out of the hand.

all this betting looks like your beat, so i`d fold with a tear in my eye.
