Ok so this villain had been raising from the SB the last couple of rounds and i had just folded. So this time i 3-bet him hoping he will fold. After he calls hows my play?? I checked the flop because i have the nuts and i'm hoping he catches a card to help him on the turn. I was worried when the board paired but still called his bet is this ok??

I think he´d still c/c or maybe evn c/r with Ax with flushdraw, so I´d prefer c-betting that board
If you check back then raise turn. Any Ax would call raise or maybe even shoves
River check is fine. Hard to get called by worse hands
