i passed the quiz registered on my chosen site and entered my alias now its saying its invalid and taking ages to reply when i send a message.......please help?????? i just wanna get started and start winning

It seems like the user name of your poker room account is invalid - I'd advise you to contact customer support again and give them all details of your problem.
