hey guys,
im looking for advice on HOW to actually set up sweat sessions. are there programs to get which help? How can i make it a fun, helpful but secure experience for all involved?

Lol fljama ty for the helpful advice.
Use Skype for the voice conference part and Mikogo/Teamviewer for the screen sharing part of it, make sure you don't have it set so that the viewers can control your computer but only view.
