as you thought, a fold on flop would have been better, ofcourse mp1 could be on a pure bluff, but that is the only thing you beat and you don´t have odds to call with your overcards

This. Don't get fancy trying to check/raise nl4 players with overcards, most of them don't have a fold button, especially when they're interested enough to bet out themselves.

And start playing with 100bb.
