$35+$3

Stacks:
CO (2,135)
BTN (1,570)
SB (6,370)
Hero (BB) (3,425)

Blinds: 200/400 Ante 25

Pre-Flop: (700, 4 players) Hero is BB 7♦ 10:club:
2 folds, SB calls 200, Hero checks

Flop: 8♣ 10:diamond: 5♠ (900, 2 players)
SB bets 400, Hero goes all-in 3,000

SB looked bad, he was either miniraising or completing when folded to him in the SB.

BU is quite short so I'm not happy if SB calls the flop push. What's the worse you'd go broke with on the flop? What about preflop pushing range after his complete?

If the SB is aggressive it is fine.

we're crushed when called here but if your reads are right then pushing this flop seems fine to me - tp looks good enough; I wouldn't do it with anything less though.

Preflop, against the complete, I push any pocket pair, A7o+, K8+o etc. I might check connectors though - JT etc in the hope of hitting big.

wayyyy too risky for me.

im pushing 2pair or better on the flop.

the 4bb ss in the BB next hand means you are very likely ITM. no need to take this risky FE move even if you know hes on atc imo.

preflop im pushing top ~8-10% and playing very cautious with freeplay non-nut hands.
