on flop/turn b/f is good choice against unknown.
But this opponent is so aggressive that I would consider b/call or even b/raise(shove).
On turn you can bet more - too much draws out there. Something around 7 would be good.
On river you dont c/f never against this opponent with so strong hand. If you bet/bet and now check when a flushcard hits, you just tell him that you dont have the flush. So a perfect spot for him to bluff.

I would make a blockerbet on river - about 7$. He can call this with weaker J also but never raises without better hand.

with 20$ left it is difficult river decision
You can c/f if you think player is not that aggressive and would only valuebet flush, maybe two pair and is not going to bluff a lot of times
If you bet 7$, then you get quite good odds if he shoves, but folding there is ok. Just I´d think players are usually valuebetting bigger with flushes, so that might also give away your hand strength
