Where can I find a full breakdown of my RB when pokerstrategy pay me at the end of the week?
I mean what my total rake paid was +/- any bonuses = $X
I play on FullTilt.

You can't, it's not shown anywhere. You can however keep a rough track using your own spreadsheet or something, but it really isn't worth it.
Rakeback is automatically calculated and always a pleasant surprise on a Friday. Just ignore it and play normally.

on pokerstars do you automatically get rake or do you have to set it up on your account? i never seemed to get it.. plz help -.-

No, on PokerStars you can not receive "rakeback". They have a loyaly system, through FPPs, where you can buy bonuses instead.
