Most of you probably know this blog Poker Brothers' Challenge: 2 months, 20"10k"!!

this graph is from it.

If you're not a pro this is just imposible to have fun imo, I mean if you have a job/uni you don't have so much time for studying and for grinding. After 200K hands no significant profit even for a pro who study much. This is sick. Let's say you have time to you play 10K hands/month. 5 months youre running good. You have fun. But then.. 5 month of downswing. How can this be fun. I have no idea.

if you play 5k a month a swing will take forever no matter if you are a shortstack or not.

I've played around that because of university and I'm down since august , like $1.5 which is not really that much since is 15 stacks and less than 30k hands.
