I'd raise/shove the flop, as played you probably have to shove, pot too large.

I thought about flop raising but because of uraised pot weaker hands will fold. 2nd reason why I didn't raise is that so close to bubble BB is raising 2 few times bigger stacks only with strong hands and they fold weaker hands.

I shoved turn with hope that chip lead make him looser.

The problem of calling the flop is that he bet too small and the BB gets a good price to see the next card as well. With the flush draw out there and having only bottom two pair with a relatively small stack close to the bubble I'd just play it as fast as I could.
