I come across these hands quite often and I never really know how to react to the min bets. My hand has some showdown value but is it worth calling here? I figure it gives me a bit of info about villian but I think it is fair to assume he's terrible with this line anyway.

I think the safest thing is to fold it. If I've flopped top pair, I may play back and would prefer raising the flop.

My view on freeplays is not to get too attached to my hand unless I have 2pair or better, but I could be loosing too much value. If villain v loose, I'm more likely to play back though.

I think we can call flop, but fold on turn

I prefer calling turn as well, you get 1:5 odds there and your hand will improve 1 in 9 times. You are likely to get more value at river if you hit and your pair of 6 might be good at river as it is. I call river as well even though I'm expecting opponent to turn Tx over there over 50% of time. Rest are 6x, 4x, some pockets and in some cases bluffs, like missed gutshot etc.

I think its fine, he doesn't force you to fold and you could have the best hand sometimes it is BVB.
