1. absolutely not. i'd 3bet a raise from the CO almost every single time with AQ. I'd have to have a pretty strong read that he couldn't call with worse hands.

2. You could shove here since there's a flush draw but i quite like the call. There's a very small possibility he could find a fold with AJ or A10 if you just shove the flop.

I´d also 3-bet AQ and shove over raise, since he might also raise with draws
