I'd probably 3 bet the flop. If villain re-raises then i'd give it up and if he calls i'd look again on the turn.

I doubt you can c/c flop, c/c turn and then fold to river shove.
So since you´re not folding two pair against middlestack best way to play your hand is c/r flop and get all-in for 60bb
If he has there AJ/AT I doubt he can fold his hand
