Just received an email from Mansion updating me on some changes to their points system. Nothing major but definitely informative.
"The way that points are allocated will change on all i-poker card rooms from 2nd January 2010.
Currently all players who are dealt cards in any real money cash game hand receive the same number of points
The number of points received is based on the total rake taken on the hand and for MANSIONPOKER.com is in accordance with the table below.

$ 0.25 $ 0.50 1.25
$ 0.51 $ 0.75 2
$ 0.76 $ 1.00 3
$ 1.01 $ 1.25 3.75
$ 1.26 $ 1.50 4.5
$ 1.51 $ 1.75 5.5
$ 1.76 $ 2.00 6.25
$ 2.01 $ 2.25 7
$ 2.26 $ 2.50 8
$ 2.51 $ 2.75 9
$ 2.76 $ 3.00 10
$ 3.01 $ 5.00 13
From January 2nd only those players who actually contribute towards the pot, will receive points.
In order to compensate for this MANSIONPOKER.com will increase the number of points issued as shown in the table below.
