Yeah instant call. Even if his range is as polarised as 99, A9s+, A9o+ you still have 51% equity and he could easily shove worse queens, aces or even a flush or straight draw.

I´d also call and since then you can´t fold your hand if UTG shoves I would make isolation shove myself
