Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 2 players) Hero is BB 9♥ 9♦
llvoodooll calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.40, llvoodooll goes all-in $8.60, $8.2 to Hero ($10.5)?

I snapcall this without reads. I wouldn't say you have enough hands to really "have reads" on what range he's doing this with.. so yea.. call
