I don't mind lead/folding that flop it's not like we have insane equity or anything and we are out of position. Check/calling is also fine, check/folding might look a bit weak but truthfully once somebody bets chances are we're already reduced to drawing to a 3high flush that might not even be live.

As played on the turn i would raise for value because he only bet half pot and i doubt he has a flush at that point. More likely some naked Ax with or without a diamond, or a lone diamond he's semibluffing with. When i get 3bet it's a tough spot, but i don't think it happens that often.

On the river Ax is a decent part of his range when he takes this line and like you said, people overbetting tend to have the nuts a lot more often than not. You don't find that many players with the guts to risk a 3x overbet on a bluff at the microstakes, unless they're insane, and if they are, you should know it pretty fast.
