I mean he could have hand w sd here on turn and he will not fold it. As played ill bet bigger on river and fold to raise, we defend better from bluffs and still get called by Jx.
Your bet looks a bit like inducing so i will prob call, odds are great and he could play rebluff sometimes.

I was planning on betting/overbeting river cause I am well aware that he has sd value here on turn, but ofc when I hit river I bet smaller cause I want him to call.
I'd call this on the river.
As you said he had SD-value on the turn and there's no reason for him to turn his hand into a bluff because this is a good bluffcard for you but if you hit it you're usually not folding to a raise, especially not to a small one like this.
So once he does raise it looks like a thin valueraise and you're only behind if he has AQ - he would cbet QJ more likely on the flop because doesn't have SD-value.
It's close though, but i think he might even raise AJ for very thin value.
You'll lose a lot but you only need to win ~20% of the time to make the call proftiable and KQ is in the top of your range.

I think your turnbet is fine. As long as you dont overbetbluff the river. please
